Job summary

Powdr-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Foreperson to coordinate the daily workflow of the Vehicle Maintenance Department at Copper Mountain Resort in Colorado. The role distributes repairs and oversees technicians, ensuring safety and quality while aligning with mountain needs and timelines.

The position requires extensive experience in vehicle maintenance, leadership skills, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Must be of at least 25 years of age.
• Minimum five years in the Vehicle Maintenance field or three years with a certificate of completion in an Automotive Diesel Technology school.

Responsibilities

• Distributes work to technicians based on skill level and mountain needs.
• Monitors job statuses during repairs and updates leadership with missed deadlines.
• Receives vehicles and equipment from customers and verifies concerns.
• Updates departments with current timelines of repairs based on parts availability, technician availability and mountain needs.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, repair, design, modify, and complete failure analysis on fleet vehicles.
