POWDR-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations at Copper Mountain Resort. You will hire, train, schedule staff and ensure guest service remains superior across lodging operations.

Days and hours vary; the role requires strong leadership, coordination with other departments, and adherence to Powdr standards in a dynamic mountain resort environment.

Formación

• Industry knowledge and 2 years in Front Desk, Reservations, Guest Service or Hospitality position.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Visual One, Inntopia, RTP, Timesaver, Ving Vision or Guestware is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 year college degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of front desk and guest services.
• Hire and train new personnel, schedule and uphold superior guest service.
• Coordinate efforts with other departments and maintain Powdr standards.
• Attend group resume and pre-con meetings as a Front Desk representative.
