Required is a High School diploma or GED and 2+ years in transportation with supervisory experience; CDL BP2 license may be required. The position is based at Copper Mountain in Colorado and offers benefits and a season pass.

Qualifications

• Supervises, administers, and schedules the in-village transportation, employee shuttles, and special guest pick-ups.
• Coordinates daily labor figures to help control day-to-day labor expenses.
• Assists in accident investigation and in training transportation personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise 40 drivers.
• Ensure safe, timely transportation for guests and employees.
• Maintain DOT and driver compliance and safety programs.
