Job summary

CJ Schwan’s, a Minnesota-based food company, seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst at its corporate headquarters to support Transportation and Logistics.

You will turn raw data into actionable insights, build Excel and Power BI reports, and advise on cost analyses and forecasting. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial analysis, a Finance/Accounting degree, and hands-on experience with transportation cost models and SAP BEx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of related financial analysis experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Familiarity with transportation cost models (TL, LTL, ocean, parcel).
• Advanced MS Office experience; Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP).
• Power BI/Power Query expertise for data transformation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights and automated reports.
• Forecast, analyze, and interpret financial and operating data including P&L, costs, and depreciation.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and provide analytical support to Transportation management.
