Responsibilities

• Inspect contracts to ensure contractor compliance with SCDOT specifications.
• Measure and document quantities for contract repairs.
• Complete Daily Work Reports (DWR) and enter data into HMMS and tracking spreadsheets.
• Communicate with contractors to schedule work and resolve questions or deficiencies.
• Conduct weekly route inspections and report findings for repairs.
• Assist in emergency/inclement weather operations.
• May work extended hours or 12-hour shifts as required.
