Dewberry is seeking a Transportation Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Transportation group in Charlotte, NC. The internship offers exposure to roadway design, structural design, drainage design, traffic engineering, and transportation planning, with a tailored training program.

As part of a collaborative team, you will develop engineering solutions, assist with studies, prepare calculations and drawings, and support project schedules and budgets.

Competenze

• Pursuing or holding a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with transportation emphasis.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Experience using CADD (MicroStation or AutoCAD) preferred.

Mansioni

• Developing and evaluating engineering solutions
• Preparing design calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and drawings
• Assisting with various studies and documenting results
• Adherence to assigned project schedules and budgets
