Under the guidance of a Senior Transportation Engineer and supervision of a Supervising Transportation Engineer, the incumbent serves as a District Risk Management Coordinator and/or Project Risk Manager. Responsibilities include representing the District 4 Risk Management Office in daily activities involving staff from various divisions and external agencies, assisting in project management system support, developing and reviewing project work plans, and facilitating project risk management discussions in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves quality control and assurance of risk registers and project documents.
Candidates must review the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) for this classification and ensure they meet Pattern II requirements if applicable. Location: 111 Grand Avenue, Oakland, Alameda County.
Salary Range: $6,299.00 - $11,798.00 per month, depending on range (A-D).
Work Schedule: Hybrid telework arrangement, with possible in-person reporting as needed.
Additional Information: Includes mandatory rotation program for new hires, requiring development of project delivery skills through diverse assignments.
