CNA certification is strongly preferred, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record is required; prior SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• CNA certification (strongly preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required).
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift and assist residents as needed during transport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee scheduling of resident transportation

• Drive facility vehicle when needed
