Driver and Transport Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscientious Driver and Transport Assistant to join our team at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The role involves safely transporting residents to and from scheduled appointments, providing support with transfers and ambulation, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, including medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social events
• Assist with transfers and ambulation, as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and resident medical information
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address resident needs
• Participate in in-service training and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
