We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Transportation Driver to join our team at Addison Heights Health and Rehabilitation in Maumee, Ohio. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting our residents to and from appointments, errands, and other activities. Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and other activities in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that the transportation vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times
Communicate effective with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure that transportation needs are met
Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing, as needed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care
Maintain accurate records of transportation trips and resident care
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Must be a STNA in the state of Ohio
Position requires possible working on the floor if no transports are needed
$18.00 per hour (exact wage)
