Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center is hiring a Transportation Driver (STNA) in Ohio. This full-time role involves safely transporting residents to medical appointments and supporting basic care as needed.

A compassionate, dependable candidate will maintain records, assist with transfers, and uphold HIPAA standards. Eligible applicants must have STNA certification in OH, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in OH.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Experience with elderly or disabled populations.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical appointments, dialysis, and other approved outings.
• Provide physical assistance and transfer residents in and out of vehicles.
• Ensure wheelchair-bound residents are properly secured.
• Maintain daily vehicle inspection logs and report issues.
• Assist nursing staff with resident care duties when not driving (ADLs, ambulation, toileting).
• Maintain transport records and documentation.
• Comply with HIPAA and infection control standards.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable STNA Transportation Driver to join our team at Eagle Pointe. This dual-role position involves providing transportation services for our residents and assisting with basic care as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) when needed. The ideal candidate will ensure residents are transported safely and respectfully while upholding our standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical assistance and use proper transfer techniques to help residents in and out of vehicles.
