• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to coordinate transportation needs.
• Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing, as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation trips and resident care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
