Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Transportation Coordinator for the new 1NA Warehouse Mixing Center in Miami Gardens, FL. You will oversee all transportation tasks, schedule orders, and collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery and carrier capacity.

You will lead a team, monitor dock schedules, track performance, and maintain SAP-based records while upholding safety and SOX controls. This role offers growth within PepsiCo's vast logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Leadership experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, WMS, TMS, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transportation responsibilities for the 1NA Warehouse Mixing Center in Miami Gardens, FL.
• Route orders daily per route guide to meet ship dates and secure carrier capacity.
• Track carrier performance and troubleshoot loads at risk of missing dates.
• Ensure orders comply with PepsiCo guidelines on weight and shipment methods.
• Collaborate with carriers and site managers on dock capacity scheduling.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and period service metrics.
