Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Transportation Coordinator for Atlanta Gatorade. You will oversee all key transportation tasks for the Distribution Center, driving scheduling excellence from day one.

You’ll work cross-functionally to resolve issues, ensure on-time delivery, and build strong carrier relationships across the PepsiCo network. You are a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for operations, safety, and continuous improvement, thriving in fast-paced environments and shaping PepsiCo’s supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using WMS, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading or coordinating operational teams in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and support process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Route Orders daily in compliance with the transportation route guide; meet ship dates and secure carrier capacity.
• Track carrier performance and troubleshoot loads at risk of missing dates.
• Ensure all orders comply with PepsiCo guidelines on weight and shipment method.
• Schedule outbound/inbound shipments with carriers and dock capacity scheduling.
• Collaborate with COE, Warehouse, and Transportation on scheduling issues and daily execution.
