Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Transportation Coordinator for Atlanta to oversee transportation tasks at our Distribution Center. You will drive scheduling for inbound/outbound dock operations and ensure operational excellence from day one.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cross-functional teamwork to optimize carrier performance and meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS, SAP, or similar platforms).
• Experience leading or coordinating operational teams in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Occasional travel required (less than 10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead transport carriers with scheduling and performance management.
• Foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in transportation.
• Schedule outbound and inbound shipments and dock capacity at the facility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver customer service.
• Maintain SAP inputs for order status reporting and dock schedule reviews.
