Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Transportation Coordinator for its new 1NA Warehouse Mixing Center in Miami Gardens, FL. You will oversee all transportation responsibilities, route orders, and coordinate with 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery and optimal dock performance.

The role requires 1–2 years in transportation/logistics, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and hands-on experience with SAP, WMS, or TMS. Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transportation responsibilities for our new 1NA Warehouse Mixing Center in Miami Gardens, FL.
• Route orders daily in compliance with the transportation route guide and secure carrier capacity.
• Track carrier performance and troubleshoot loads at risk of missing arrival dates.
• Ensure orders comply with PepsiCo guidelines on weight and shipment method.
• Collaborate with carriers on outbound and inbound shipments and dock capacity scheduling.
