Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily transportation services (NEMT, private-pay, community-based).
• Assign drivers and vehicles to meet passenger needs and route efficiency.
• Monitor schedules and adjust for cancellations, delays, emergencies, or breakdowns.
• Communicate with drivers, passengers, facilities, and partners to confirm trips and resolve scheduling concerns.
• Maintain transportation records, logs, mileage, and operational reports.
