Ziegler CAT is seeking a Transportation Dispatcher in Minnesota to coordinate equipment movements across Ag, Rental, and Product Support divisions. You will manage drivers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure loads meet all regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and cost-effective dispatch using internal resources and external partners to optimize assets and service levels.

Qualifications

• HS degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Familiar with DOT/FMCSA regulations and vehicle safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate with drivers, sales, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment movements for Ag, Rental, and Product Support divisions using internal resources and external vendors.
• Communicate haul requests to drivers via TDM.
• Support drivers, coordinators, and sales by responding to questions promptly via phone or email.
• Monitor delays, issues, or concerns and communicate them to stakeholders promptly.
• Negotiate with third-party vendors to secure competitive prices and service levels.
• Ensure loads comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations and safety standards.
