The role will oversee a team of 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers, ensuring efficient routing, on-time deliveries, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of transportation or dispatch supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of fleet regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transportation, logistics, or dispatch supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and fleet operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers.
• Manage daily dispatch, routing, and transportation activities.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and DOT/safety compliance.
• Resolve delivery, scheduling, and service issues in a timely manner.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and performance metrics.
