CFS is seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor in Bakersfield, CA, to lead daily transportation and dispatch operations. You will manage a team of 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers, ensuring on-time deliveries, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service.
