Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is assisting in recruiting a Transportation Supervisor to lead daily transportation and dispatch operations in Kern County. The role will oversee a team of 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers, ensuring efficient routing, on-time deliveries, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of transportation or dispatch supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of fleet regulations.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

We are working with a client who is seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead daily transportation and dispatch operations. This Transportation Supervisor role will oversee a team of approximately 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers.
