Job summary

Limehouse Produce Co is seeking a Transportation Clerk to coordinate nighttime and early morning delivery truck routes. You will build routes with RoadNet and MobileCast and work with Transportation, Shipping, and Sales to optimize logistics and routing strategies for efficiency.

You will manage delays, communicate dispatch details, and support on-time shipping schedules in a fast-paced environment. A strong candidate has supervisory experience and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or related experience.
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• 3 years using RoadNet and MobileCast software programs.
• Experience in wholesale produce distribution and/or routing.
• Experience in fleet dispatching and routing internal fleet.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license; dispatch/routing/driving experience is a plus.
• Understanding of fleet management and operations procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Ability to gather data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Create and build routes using RoadNet and MobileCast.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Shipping, and Sales to optimize logistics and routing.
• Address internal challenges and client complaints; implement proactive improvements.
• Distribute dispatch routing and related information to department representatives.
• Anticipate delays and take action to meet shipping schedules.
