Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years in a leadership logistics role.
• Experience leading a small team in delivery/logistics is preferred.
• Strong aptitude for DOT compliance and driver performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers on routes daily and manage timetables.
• Handle tickets, rushes, and on-time delivery issues.
• Generate and interpret GPS and fleet reports.
• Oversee Kronos time-off and vehicle maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure driver logs and DOT paperwork are compliant.
• Supervise staff; participate in hiring decisions as needed.
• Maintain vehicle records and perform administrative tasks.
