Qualifications

• Must have prior supervising experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and like solving problems.
• Must maintain a safe driving record and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise drivers (30-60) and monitor performance.
• Develop and implement efficient routes across regions to meet client needs.
• Assign driver assignments reflecting knowledge of employee skills and performance.
• Receive, record, retrieve and deliver messages accurately and pleasantly; solve operational problems.
• Maintain detailed and organized records to perform monthly billing counts.
