Ace Hardware in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Traffic Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of the hourly traffic team, ensuring timely dispatches, deliveries, and safe operations. You will manage driver records, payroll files, and route planning while maintaining excellent customer communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent previous experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Department Of Transportation rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of Hours of Services rules.
• Familiar with Hazard Material information and regulations.
• Must possess positive employee relation skills and excellent communication skills.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispatches, deliveries, and routines for hourly traffic staff.
• Maintain DOT files and driver qualification records.
• Audit daily logs and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Plan work assignments and equipment to meet transportation goals.
• Ensure safety and security of personnel and resources.
• Direct loading/unloading and review orders for shipping/receiving timelines.
