Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in management.
• Valid Arkansas Class A CDL with ≤1 moving violation in 3 years.
• Knowledge of DOT and related regulatory guidelines.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage daily delivery process to ensure timely, efficient product delivery.
• Collaborate with peer supervisors to manage routes and transportation personnel.
• Enforce transportation policies and procedures to maintain equipment performance and safety.
• Oversee delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform daily admin tasks: reporting, time, expenditures, and shipping verification.
• Train employees and conduct evaluations or disciplinary actions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and report findings.
• Represent Ben E. Keith Company professionally.
