Triple-S Steel in Colorado is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to schedule drivers, coordinate with sales, and ensure DOT compliance. You will monitor daily routes, oversee vehicle maintenance, and manage communications with carriers to meet customer requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years fleet dispatch experience.
• Familiarity with distribution operations preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with sales/customers to determine driver needs and schedule.
• Monitor safety issues and maintenance daily.
• Plan daily routing and ensure delivery/pickup compliance.
• Ensure DOT compliance and inspect equipment daily.
• Assign drivers and oversee fleet maintenance.
• Set up hot shots and coordinate carrier contracts.
• Maintain logs, E-Logs, and DVIRs for DOT compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
