Job summary

Transdev North America in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Lead Road Supervisor - Fixed Route to oversee Supervisors and Operators and to uphold safety and performance standards.

The role supports radio/dispatch operations, scheduling, training, and incident investigations. Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and 2–3 years transit supervision are preferred; strong communication and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• 2–3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• DOT drug testing/physical requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Radio, Operations, Dispatch, Terminal, and Road Supervisor functions.
• Monitor route start times, on-time performance, and incidents.
• Assign and communicate job requirements to Operators and Supervisors.
• Handle day-to-day scheduling, coaching and evaluations.
• Conduct on-scene accident investigations and prepare reports.
