Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years in materials delivery, transportation, or logistics with knowledge of delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by following company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives and Dispatch team members.
• Set goals and provide regular feedback to support team growth and accountability.
• Oversee daily dispatch activities and ensure consistent service across the unit.
• Coordinate deliveries with company drivers and third-party haulers for timely service.
• Build strong relationships with customers, drivers, haulers, and internal partners.
• Plan delivery routes and assign haulers and drivers for scheduled deliveries.
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents accurately and on time.
