Qualificações

• Considerable experience in transportation operations or related field.
• Experience leading personnel and coordinating complex operations.
• CDL and endorsements familiarity may be required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; alternative qualifications considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for all transportation operations.
• Develop routes, stops, and schedules; oversee student assignments.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, driver recruitment and training.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory for the department.
• Coordinate technology use and reporting; communicate with stakeholders.
