Egis is seeking a Transportation Design Lead for the Pacific Northwest, based in Seattle, WA. You will guide the design team, manage client relationships, and drive business development across PNW agencies, delivering high-impact transportation infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of civil engineering leadership, a WA PE license, and a track record of growth, governance, and team development within a collaborative, global engineering leader.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of diversified civil engineering experience with transportation focus.
• Strong leadership, strategic and growth mindset.
• Proven ability to build relationships and win work with clients and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the PNW transportation design team and oversee client service, business development, and project delivery.
• Manage staff, resources, and budgets; provide technical and project oversight.
• Support go/no-go decisions on pursuits and implement regional growth plans.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with local, regional, and state agencies (DOT, MPOs, cities, counties).
• Oversee project schedules, scope, budgets, QA/QC, and governance.
