Felsburg Holt & Ullevig is seeking a mid-level Transportation Design Engineer for our Greenwood Village office. The role focuses on designing multimodal transportation corridors, roadways, and interchanges, with emphasis on modeling in Civil3D and coordination with multiple disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of transportation experience, a Colorado PE or the plan to obtain it within six months, and the ability to lead roadway design efforts while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5–10 years of transportation engineering experience including roadway, highway, interchange, trail, and/or transit design.
• Colorado Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain CO PE within six months.
• Experience with Civil3D and/or MicroStation/InRoads/Open Roads.
• Ability to multi-task multiple projects while meeting budgets and schedules.

Aufgaben

• Develop design criteria for trails, roadways, intersections, and interchanges following applicable standards.
• Create conceptual layouts, graphics, and exhibits for planning documentation.
• Coordinate roadway design with other disciplines and subconsultants.
• Oversee junior engineers and designers in producing roadway construction documents.
• Assist in preparing project provisions and specification packages.
