Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification required.
• 3+ years using MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil3D.
• PE license in SC preferred.
• 5+ years planning, designing, and constructing public utility projects preferred.
• Direct client contact and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design for roadway/transportation projects.
• Complete feasibility studies and technical design reports.
• Coordinate roadway design plans with utilities.
• Assist planning, design, and construction administration of projects.
• Work with permitting agencies and prepare proposals.
• Develop scope, schedule, and budget; serve as client contact.
• Lead project management and team leadership activities.
• Develop a diverse portfolio of local infrastructure projects.
