Complete feasibility studies and technical design reports
Coordinate roadway design project plans with associated utilities
Assist in planning, design, and construction administration of projects
Work closely with relevant permitting agencies
Prepare proposals and develop scope, schedule, and budget
Serve as client contact
Develop project management and team leadership capabilities
Lead engineering design projects and maintain client relationships
Lead development of a diverse portfolio of local infrastructure and highway design projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
3+ years experience using MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil3D software for design and drafting tasks
Professional Engineer (PE) License in South Carolina (preferred)
5+ years of experience planning, designing, and constructing public utility projects (preferred)
Experience with direct client contact and project management (preferred)
