HDR is seeking a Transportation Data Steward to lead the governance, definition, and reuse of data across HDR's Transportation Business Group. Embedded in the Transportation Business Group (not an IT role), this leadership position coordinates SME expertise and drives adoption of data standards to enable better project delivery and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field as required.
• 10+ years of experience in data-centric leadership roles within engineering/industry context is preferred.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate complex data concepts for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate data standards, definitions, and governance across Transportation BG.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of data practices and tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs and technical authorities to enable data reuse across projects.
