Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transportation Data Steward to define and enable data standards across the Transportation Business Group. This embedded leadership role coordinates SME experts and technical authorities to unify data definitions, reuse, and delivery across projects and regions.

The role is not an IT position but a leadership and enablement role in data governance, aimed at improving decision making, data reuse, and project delivery. It reports to the Transportation Technology Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, data science, business, CS, or related field.
• At least 10 years in data-centric leadership or Resources engineering.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with executives.
• Ability to work with leaders, operations managers and marketing managers.

Responsibilities
