HDR is seeking a Transportation Data Steward to lead data standardization and governance across the Transportation Business Group. You’ll coordinate SME expertise, drive data definitions, and enable consistent data use for better project delivery.

This leadership role emphasizes enablement over IT, with influence across domains, and a focus on data reuse, quality, and scalable solutions that empower HDR teams to deliver with confidence.

Qualifications

• Ten years of strategic leadership experience focused on teams and change management.
• Fifteen years of experience delivering data-centric solutions to an organization and the industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate data standards across the Transportation Business Group.
• Lead a network of SMEs and technical authorities to align data practices.
• Promote data fluency and responsible data use across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Science and Data Operations teams.
• Align data workflows with Transportation BG strategy and governance.
