Job summary

GT's Living Foods, LLC is seeking a Transportation Clerk to schedule and track outbound freight, coordinating daily with carriers, brokers, and internal supply chain teams to ensure accurate pick-ups and deliveries. The role requires meeting deadlines and working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years' experience in Transportation/Logistics or food/beverage manufacturing
• Bilingual; speak, read & write Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Track, schedule, and follow up with Carrier pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely service
• Loading sequences, assist with trailer assignments, support carriers with rescheduling requests, and coordinate with Shipping Coordinators and Transportation Router
• Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
• Perform other duties as assigned
