Job summary

The Guidance Center, a community mental health provider serving Leavenworth and surrounding counties, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator. The role involves scheduling and coordinating driver routes for clients, ensuring timely and safe transport to treatment activities, and supporting program staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ experience driving a 16-passenger vehicle or larger.
• Experience with technology: cell phones, tablets, accessing websites, scanning and uploading documents; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule door-to-door transportation for clients in Atchison, Jefferson and Leavenworth Counties.
• Coordinate driver schedules and routes with ModivCare and TGC programs.
• Handle driver documentation and program integrity uploads.
• Assist with responding to client and caregiver inquiries and emergencies.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, clients, and referral partners.
