Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Kirkland, WA to organize and schedule non-emergent transportation for individuals to medical facilities and community programs. The role ensures timely, safe, and efficient coordination while communicating with individuals, drivers, and staff.

The coordinator will supervise Transport Drivers, maintain scheduling records, and resolve conflicts to support reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 2+ years in transportation scheduling or logistics.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy; provide documentation or valid exemption prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services based on individual needs and program requirements.
• Communicate transportation details clearly to individuals, families, drivers, and care teams.
• Monitor daily transportation operations to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Supervise Transport Drivers, providing direction and performance feedback.
• Maintain records in scheduling software or logs, including delays or changes.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, vehicle issues, or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments to optimize logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and HIPAA guidelines.
