The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating driver schedules and routes for ModivCare and The Guidance Center (TGC) programs and groups. Responsibilities include planning routes, making trip assignments to drivers, filling out schedules, assigning vehicle maintenance tasks or other duties in between trips, and keeping track of daily paperwork. Coordinate with group leaders and other relevant staff for any scheduling changes. The transportation coordinator will also provide transportation services as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:
Required: High School diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
Required: minimum of two years experience driving a 16-passenger vehicle or larger. Management experience and/or experience with developing transportation routes. Must have experience with technology to include cell phones, tablets, accessing websites, scanning, and uploading documents, Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred: mechanical knowledge and skills.
