Job summary

PepsiCo in Edgerton, Kansas is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to oversee the Mixing Center's transportation tasks and coordinate with our 3PL partner. You will drive scheduling, dock activity, and inbound/outbound movements to ensure on-time service and operational excellence.

You will lead carrier communications, monitor performance, and collaborate across Power of One networks to meet ship dates, while maintaining compliance with PepsiCo policies and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain preferred.
• 1–2 years of transportation or logistical operations experience.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with WMS, SAP, and labor management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation tasks for the Edgerton Mixing Center and support the Blue Springs site.
• Route orders daily per route guide to meet ship dates and secure carrier capacity.
• Track carrier performance and troubleshoot at-risk loads.
• Ensure orders comply with PepsiCo shipment guidelines.
• Schedule outbound and inbound shipments and dock capacity.
• Maintain SAP reason codes and collaborate with COE and service teams.
