Job summary

PepsiCo in Edgerton, KS is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage all transportation tasks for the Mixing Center, including collaboration with a 3PL and cross-functional teams. You will schedule inbound/outbound shipments, track performance, and ensure compliance with safety and corporate policies.

The role involves coordinating with multiple sites, ensuring dock capacity, and supporting KPI delivery across the Power of One network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in transportation or logistical operations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with WMS, SAP, and transportation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation tasks for the Edgerton Mixing Center and sister site in Blue Springs, ensuring on-time execution.
• Coordinate dock scheduling with 3PL and ensure compliance with the dock schedule.
• Track carrier performance and address loads at risk of missing arrival dates.
• Maintain accurate SAP input for open order status reporting and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with COE, Warehouse, and Transportation to resolve scheduling issues.
