Job summary

humano LLC is seeking a Transportation Clerk for our Portland distribution center to prepare outbound dispatch paperwork and work closely with drivers, supervisors, and the Transportation Manager. The role pays $21.00 per hour with a Tuesday–Saturday overnight shift from 12am to 8am.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, maintaining daily activity reports, and supporting the sales team with order tracing. Strong MS Office and data entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong data entry skills with a high rate of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to work the overnight shift from Tuesday to Saturday with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer invoices and print outbound paperwork.
• Record and collate COD information on bills of lading, driver manifests, logs, and inspection sheets.
• Ensure all documents are completed and approved properly.
• Complete and audit drivers' daily activity reports.
• Maintain weekly and monthly transportation reports.
• Assist the sales team with tracing and re-routing orders as needed.
• Sort, file, copy, and distribute paperwork and provide general clerical support.
• Follow all safety protocols and protect confidential company information.

SHIFT

Tuesday to Saturday, 12am - 8am (overnight)

Qualifications:
