Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Transportation Coordinator for a remote, 7-month assignment to support load execution and on-time delivery. Training will occur near St. Louis, MO and other listed locations.

Proficient use of SAP and Microsoft Excel is required, with a focus on accurate load tracking and timely carrier communication. The role includes assisting the Transportation Manager with on-time reporting, detention management, and operating metrics, while maintaining strong carrier/customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or transportation environment.
• Ability to multitask while working accurately in web-based systems.
• Comfort working in tools such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail for reason code documentation, EDI accuracy, and load tracking updates.

Responsibilities

• Timely follow up on loads to confirm on-time delivery and apply the correct reason codes when service failures occur.
• Perform daily load tracking in FourKites, including proactive follow-ups with carriers that are not tracking on time and updating systems with the latest delivery information.
• Support Freight Covered Every Day by proactively analyzing schedules and service performance to help prevent delivery failures and improve product fill rate.
• Maintain professional carrier and customer relationships through consistent, prompt communication—especially when issues arise.
• Assist the Transportation Manager with on-time reporting and other reporting functions as assigned, including support for detention management and operating metrics.

Our clien is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to join their team. As a Transportation Coordinator, you will be part of the transportation operations group supporting day-to-day load execution and on-time delivery performance. The ideal candidate will have strong follow-through, clear communication, and a detail-focused mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Location: Remote (training required near St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; Crete, NE; Davenport, IA; Clinton, IA; Allentown, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; Atlanta, GA; Eden, NC; or Flagstaff, AZ)

Pay Range: 28 -29 W2

What's the Job?
