Job summary

Windstar Lines needs a sharp Dispatcher/Ops support individual for our Sparks, NV shuttle operation. You will assign drivers and buses, manage live GPS and the TMS, and keep a 7-day service running on time.

Dispatch/logistics experience and strong computer skills are required; a Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement is a plus. Windstar Lines is a large charter motorcoach provider with a broad network across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience is required.
• Proficient computer skills; Windows and MS Excel; typing 40+ wpm.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate professionally.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign drivers and buses to maintain 7-day shuttle service
• Monitor live GPS and TMS to ensure on-time departures
• Coordinate with customers and drivers ensuring clear communication

You'll assign drivers and buses, manage live GPS and the TMS, and keep a 7-day service running on time. Dispatch/logistics experience and strong computer skills required. Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive customer service experience
• Computer skills including Windows applications and MS Excel. Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Effective and professional communication with both customers and drivers
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations a plus
