Desert Springs Post Acute is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Transportation Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate resident transportation to medical appointments, treatments, and other essential destinations while ensuring a seamless experience for residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Position Summary

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating transportation services for residents while maintaining effective communication with healthcare providers, transportation vendors, residents, families, and facility staff. This role plays an important part in supporting quality resident care and ensuring appointments are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule resident transportation for medical appointments, procedures, and other approved outings
