Job summary

Ruancorp seeks a Logistics Process Improvement Specialist to lead internal and customer-facing CI projects in Litchfield, MN. You will analyze operations, define improvements, and implement Six Sigma and Lean solutions to drive efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to leadership, and maintain rigorous metrics and dashboards. A Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and 1-2 years of experience are typical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in logistics supply chain with operational, process improvement, analytics.
• Practical experience with CI methodologies, Six Sigma and Lean; ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with executives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, internet, and project management software; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems, analyze information, and implement process solutions with internal teams and customers.
• Lead data analysis projects to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and predictive analytics.
• Create, update, and sustain continuous improvement processes, metrics, and tools for teams and departments.
• Collaborate with leaders to achieve project goals and overcome barriers.
• Lead customer-facing and internal presentations and maintain professional relationships.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
