STV is seeking a Construction Manager to lead transportation construction in Winston-Salem, NC. This ENR Top 50 firm offers the chance to deliver roadway, highway, and bridge projects while growing STV’s Construction Management and CEI practice across North Carolina.

You’ll work with clients, project teams, and field staff to ensure quality delivery, mentor talent, and expand STV’s regional presence. The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and building trusted relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Experience in highway construction administration and inspection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and project teams.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities for construction staff and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Support the growth of STV’s CEI practice through client engagement, business development, and pursuit support
• Help recruit, mentor, and develop construction managers, engineers, inspectors, and field staff
• Serve as Project Manager on select transportation projects, as needed.
• Provide quality oversight for CEI project activities, deliverables, documentation, and field operations
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, agency partners, and project stakeholders
• Support proposals, qualifications packages, and technical pursuit materials.
• Review and interpret construction plans, contract documents, and technical specifications
• Communicate clearly with clients, project teams, and field staff to keep work moving safely and efficiently
