Key responsibilities include:* Support the growth of STV's CEI practice through client engagement, business development, and pursuit support* Help recruit, mentor, and develop construction managers, engineers, inspectors, and field staff* Serve as Project Manager on select transportation projects, as needed.* Provide quality oversight for CEI project activities, deliverables, documentation, and field operations* Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, agency partners, and project stakeholders* Support proposals, qualifications packages, and technical pursuit materials.* Review and interpret construction plans, contract documents, and technical specifications* Communicate clearly with clients, project teams, and field staff to keep work moving safely and efficiently**What You'll Bring*** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements* Minimum of 10 years of highway construction administration and inspection experience* North Carolina Professional Engineer license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential preferred* Familiarity with NCDOT, North Carolina municipalities, or public-sector transportation clients* Strong communication skills, including technical writing, client communication, and coordination with project teams* Demonstrated ability to lead construction teams, promote safe work practices, and support successful transportation project delivery**Why STV**At STV, you'll join a nationally recognized transportation and infrastructure firm where your leadership, technical judgment, and client relationships can make a visible impact.
